Today is Thursday, September 10. That means that today is walking day in intramurals, walking day is horrible because we have to walk around the gym for what seems like forever. Also, people are tripping over you and falling, and it is just really annoying. I woke up late today so I was just a little bit late to first core. I also forgot one of my knee pads at my house and my mom has to bring them to school before practice. In English, I only have a little bit of homework. In Science, I don't have any homework, but in class we had to watch a video on frogs and the cold weather and answer some questions.
Shark boy and Lava girl is an old Disney channel movie that I loved as a kid and still love now. It was just recently put on Netflix. It is about a boy named Max that is bullied by a group of kids. I cant remember how, I think it is in his dream, but he transports into this world with shark boy and lava girl. Shark boy lives with the sharks, has sharp teeth, and a dorsal fin. Lava girl has the powers of lava, when she gets mad she is burning hot, her hair turns into fire, and nobody wants to mess with her. They encounter a lot of villains and obstacles to get out of the place that they are in. I know it is a really weird movie to do.

Wednesday/ Pitch Perfect
Today is Wednesday, September 9. My volleyball team has its first game today, and everyone is really excited. In English, we did an assignment on a mythology story, it was for homework if we didn't finish it, but I got to finish it in Science. In Science, we had rules test and then we went outside to collect our first leaf for our leaf collecting project. In Art, we just worked on our new project, and drawing. The team is going to get out of school early, at 2:45, so I get out of social studies early. Then, we get to go to Wendy's and then the game.
So, Pitch perfect isn't on Netflix but I just really wanted to do it. I cant decide which is better, Pitch Perfect, or Pitch Perfect 2. They are both really good and I saw them both in theaters when they first came out. Pitch Perfect is about a girl named Becca. She is a freshman in college. She is really talented at making music. She auditions and makes it on an acapella group called the Barden Bellas. They don't have a lot of good people in the group, but they work hard and make it as far as they can. They have some enemies and obstacles in the way but other than that, they make it pretty well. I cant wait until it comes out onto Netflix!

Tuesday/ Footloose
Today is Tuesday, September 8. Yesterday was Labor Day, so we had no school. They glazed the gym floor, so it smells really bad in the gym. I went to my cabin in Fayetteville all weekend and it was really fun. I went mudding with my friend, in my side by side. So far I've had English, Science, and Art. In English we worked on a zombie graphic organizer. It sounds kind of weird, but it was kind of a mystery solving assignment. In science, we took an extra credit test and mostly just got to work on homework and study for the test tomorrow. In art, we started a project, that seems like it will be really fun.
Footloose is an old movie that finally cam out on Netflix. I used to watch it all of the time when I was little. It is really weird, but I love to watch old movies. Footloose is about a girl that is the daughter of a very strict man. He doesn't want his daughter to hang out with irresponsible or trouble making people. A new guy comes into town and her father isn't a fan of him. Find out what happens by watching it on Netflix.

Freaky Fridays/ 13 Going on 30
It finally Friday, September 4. Today we had a shelter in place so the schedule is really mixed up. I've already had English, Art, and General Computers. Next I have 5th and 2nd core. Then the rest of the day, the schedule is normal. I got a new volleyball bag yesterday and I got to use it today for volleyball practice. I hope these classes pass by fast so that I can get to lunch.
13 going on 30 is a movie that I watched all of the time with my mom when I was little. It is now on Netflix. Jennifer Gartner is the main character in this movie. It is her 13th birthday and she is dorky and not very popular. She is really upset and wishes that she could be 30 like the people in the magazines. Well, her wish comes true, when she wakes up 30 years old, she doesn't know what is going on, or about that people she hangs out with. She hears people talking about her, and she is upset about what she has become. She is stabbed in the back by her supposedly best friend at work and she proves that she is worthy. It is a really interesting movie.

Thursdayz/ Pitch Perfect 2
Today is Thursday, September 3. That means that today is walking day in intramurals. I don't like walking day because it is really crowded and I always end up falling or tripping in some way. We had our big test in science today, and I got a 75%. I got a 15 out of 20. In English, we read a poem from our books and answered some questions on it. I just came from Art. In Art we had to do vocabulary, and after that it was a free day but I used my time to work on homework.
Pitch Perfect 2 is not on Netflix but I just really wanted to do it. It was in theaters this past summer, I'm pretty sure that it is on DVD. If you've seen the first Pitch Perfect, then you'll know what I'm talking about. Barden University is the college that everybody goes to. Acapella is a big thing there, they have competitions, and they will be on TV. It is very popular. So anyway, there is a group of all girls called the barden bellas. A freshman in college wants to be a part of the group, but the barden bellas aren't allowed to have auditions, because of an incident in their performance for the president. The loophole is that she came to them. Her name is Emily and her mom is a Bellas legend, so they have to put her in the group. They go through competitions, and cool stuff like that. I can tell you that I could not stop laughing during the entire movie. It is hilarious. So, if it is on DVD I would recommend watching it.

Wednesday/ Switched at Birth
Today is Wednesday, September 2. So far the classes that I've had are English, Science, and Art. In English, we had to make a comic to tell the story of The Flight of Icarus. It is due on Friday. In Science, we went over class, book, and outside rules. We basically just took notes the entire class. I had to finish my painting in Art. When I was finished I just worked on my sketches, and listened to music. I have volleyball practice after school again, as usual. I'm really hungry, so I just want lunch. After this class, I have advanced studies. Then only, three classes after that, not including lunch and intramurals.
Switched at Birth is an ABC Family TV show that is on Netflix. It is about two families. The girls in those families were switched in hospital. They are teenagers now and they find out that they were switched at birth. The families basically live with each other so they can learn how to raise their actual daughter. It is a very dramatic and entertaining series. Watch it on Netflix.

Tuesdayz/ White Chicks
Today is Tuesday September 1. I don't have homework in any of my classes so far. In English we read a story with a partner and then we answered some questions, I finished them in class so it wasn't for homework. In science, we took a test on the computers. Last core I had art, and I painted a picture of the Mona Lisa. I need to bring in more bugs for science class, so that I can get the extra credit. I have volleyball after school again. Yesterday one of the coaches found seven water bottles that were supposed to be thrown away, so we had to run seven falcon bleachers. It was really hard, but I lapped everybody so I got done really quick. I don't have very many classes left before the end of the day. The days are going by really quick.
White Chicks is a movie on Netflix that is very popular. There are two guys that are agents pretty much. They go to the airport to take two girls ( bratty girls) to a fashion show for the weekend. They get into a minor car accident, and the girls got teeny tiny little scratches, and they wouldn't go. The chief would be mad if they didn't get them there. So, one of the guys called over a makeup team, and they transformed themselves into the girls. They couldn't let the chief down, so this is what they had to do even though it is kind of ridiculous. They meet a lot of unusual people along the way and they take some dangerous people down. It is an exciting and entertaining movie. Watch it on Netflix.
